Our Green School Code
In the Dean Kelly
We like to save energy.
If it gets too bright,
Turn off the light!

If it gets too dim,
Let the sunlight in!
We're trying to conserve heat,
Without using peat.
​
So now we keep the doors shut.
Otherwise the heat won't stay put.
Keep the electricity bills down,
So the kids won't make a frown.
​
Close the windows,
We don't wanna hear the wind blow,
This is our Green School Code,
Let's get in the Green School Mode!

Our Team
Welcome to our green school section of our website. This year we established a new green school committee for 2023/2024. We have members from each class
This year we are working on our third green school flag on the theme of ‘Water’. Our aim is to raise awareness of water usage in our school as well as reducing and conserving water while having fun along the way!
And we did it!!!

The Green Team
Our mission is to increase students’ awareness of environmental issues through classroom studies and to transfer this knowledge into positive environmental action in the school and also in the wider community. Schools that have successfully completed all the elements of the programme are awarded the ‘Green-Flag’. This award has now become a well-recognised Eco-Label. The award has to be renewed every two years.
